COUNTERACT® FIRM is readily soluble in water and can be applied with conventional application equipment. For best results, apply COUNTERACT® FIRM early in the season prior to the onset of stress. The number of applications required is directly related to the length of the growing season, as well as environmental and geographic conditions. Refer to the use rate table below for specific application information or consult with your sales representative for a recommendation specific to your area.

USE RATES: Turf
Greens, Tees, Fairways, Sports Turf, and Other Turf
Rate: 3 - 6 fl. oz. / 1,000 ft² (1 – 2 gallons / acre) or 100 - 200 mL / 100 m² (10 – 20 L / hectare)
Application Instructions: Apply every 14 – 28 days before the onset of water repellency. Use higher rate for wider spray intervals

Use sufficient water for good coverage - 2 gallons / 1000 ft² or 90 gallons / acre (850 L / hectare) during application. Apply irrigation water after application to remove COUNTERACT® FIRM from leaf surfaces. Do not apply more than 0.2 inches (500 mL) of irrigation water when watering-in COUNTERACT® FIRM, especially on sand-based rootzones with high infiltration rates.
